I highly recommend Hance's Uptown Collision Center in Plano! From the moment I dropped off my car, the experience was professional and stress-free. Jimmy Smith was my service advisor, and he did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the repair process. He kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The repairs were completed quickly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I had an amazing experience at Hance Collision Repairing my Tesla model Y From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Joyce, who was incredibly caring and supportive throughout the process. Jason, the repair manager, was outstanding—very attentive, communicative, and committed to providing great service. Not only did they finish the work on my Model Y faster than expected, but Jason also went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things I requested. the team genuinely cares about their customers and their situations. You will receive the service you see on the reviews. The quality of the work was excellent—everything was done neatly and looks amazing. As a final touch, they even detailed my car before pickup, which I truly appreciated.I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs thank you again.

We had to get the glass roof on our Tesla repaired, and the experience exceeded our expectations. When we got the car back, it honestly looked brand new. Jason and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. What really stood out was their after-service — it’s absolutely incredible. This is not one of those transactional businesses where the care stops once payment is made. They genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. Hance’s is the best most thorough body shop in town! I just got my 2018 X5 back from them replacing my back bumper and was heading to the airport for a weekend trip. I decided to back into my parking space in the garage which turned out to be a huge mistake. I did not see the “I” beam sticking out of the concrete for the second level and backed into it! Man what a way to ruin a trip! I called John at Hance’s while I was waiting for my flight. He told me not to worry he would take care of it when I got back. I had the utmost confidence because I just got it back from them. Dropped it off as soon as I got back and in just 5 days he was handling me my keys back. The car was perfect again! Just unbelievable work and paint match!!!! I am so freaky about my cars being perfect and when I tell you it looks perfect I mean it looks perfect! Thank you Hance’s for taking a little stress out of my life worrying every day about my car getting damaged! I know whatever happens you guys will take care of it! Ask for John! They deserve every 5 star review they get. From Initially talking to Michael to set up my appointment to drop off my vehicle to Jason updating me through out the 3 weeks my repair took. They did an excellent job and the SUV looks like it did before the accident. I can't recommend them enough.
